Definitions and Interpretation

In this terms and conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings set out below, unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the 1xroll website accessible at 1xroll.one, including all mobile applications and related services provided by 1xroll.
• "Member" means any individual who has successfully registered an account and been accepted as a member of the 1xroll platform.
• "Account" refers to a member's personal account registered on this platform, which contains personal information, account balance and transaction history.
• "Real Money" means actual cash deposited by a member into their account, as distinct from bonus funds.
• "Bonus" refers to additional funds or benefits granted by 1xroll to members in accordance with specified terms and conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a member must wager before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.

Section headings in this document are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the terms contained within.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account at 1xroll, prospective members must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout their membership:

• Be at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a valid agreement.
• Not be located in any jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts participation in online gambling activities.
• Register under their own name with information that is truthful, accurate and current. Providing false information is sufficient grounds for account termination.
• Hold only one active account. Members found to have more than one account may have all their accounts closed and balances held pending investigation.
• Not be an employee, contractor or individual directly associated with 1xroll or its business partners.

Identity verification may be required at any stage, including during registration or before any withdrawal is processed. Members must provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe. Failure to do so may result in a temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

Deposit Methods and Payments

1xroll accepts deposits through a range of local and international payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian members. The minimum deposit for each method is RM20.

Accepted deposit methods include:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX (covering all major Malaysian banks)
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH

All deposits must be made from an account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the member. 1xroll reserves the right to request verification of payment method ownership before any transaction is processed. Deposits whose source cannot be verified will be held until sufficient information is provided.

All deposits are final once confirmed. Any errors in a deposit must be reported to the customer support team within 24 hours of the transaction taking place.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

1xroll offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific eligibility conditions set for each offer.

Example wagering requirement calculations:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 20 = RM2,000
• Deposit RM1,800 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM2,688 → Wagering requirement: RM888 × 20 = RM17,760

General conditions applicable to all bonuses include the following:

• Only one welcome bonus is granted per member or per shared IP address or device.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, converted to cash or combined with other offers unless specifically stated.
• 1xroll reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there are signs of abuse or misuse of the bonus system.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified period. Failure to do so will result in the bonus and any related winnings being forfeited.

The 1xroll VIP Programme offers five membership tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback rate: Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.4%, Gold up to 0.6%, Platinum up to 0.8% and Diamond up to 1.0%. A member's progression to higher tiers depends on their activity and engagement on the platform.

Betting Rules and Platform Use

All members must comply with the game and betting rules set by 1xroll and third-party game providers. Specific rules for each game are available within the platform.

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any tools designed to exploit the platform's systems.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes or cheat the system.
• Attempts to exploit technical bugs, system errors or mistakes in betting odds.
• Funding bets using money obtained illegally or engaging in money laundering activities.
• Any form of threats, harassment or offensive language directed at the support team or other members.

Every game result is final once recorded by the system. In disputes involving technical failures, 1xroll will investigate based on server log records and its decision is binding.

Withdrawals

Members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, provided sufficient real money balance is available in the account and all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request.
• Withdrawals will be processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after the request is approved.
• Withdrawals will be credited to the same account or e-wallet used for the deposit, unless special circumstances require a different arrangement.
• Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal or for amounts exceeding certain limits.

1xroll reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing if there are signs of fraudulent activity, financial compliance requirements, or outstanding identity verification queries. In such cases, the member will be contacted through their registered channel within a reasonable time.

Account Suspension and Closure

Members may request to close their account at any time by contacting the 1xroll customer support team via live chat or email. Before closure, all active wagering requirements linked to bonuses must be fulfilled, or those bonuses will be cancelled.

1xroll reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Discovery that the member is below the minimum age of 21.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons on the member's part, any remaining real money balance after all applicable deductions will be returned to the member via an appropriate payment method.

Personal Data Protection

1xroll takes seriously its responsibility to protect the personal data of all members. Information collected during registration and use of the platform is processed in accordance with the 1xroll Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Members' personal data is used for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and member eligibility.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals and other financial transactions.
• Providing customer support and service communications.
• Compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Platform improvement and user experience enhancement.

1xroll will not sell, rent or disclose members' personal data to third parties without the member's consent, except as required by law or for payment processing purposes by appointed service providers.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The 1xroll platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or the accuracy of information contained within it.

1xroll is not liable for any loss, damage or liability arising from:

• Service disruptions, technical failures or platform unavailability that are beyond 1xroll's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account caused by the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Game decisions made by the member based on inaccurate information or misunderstanding of game rules.
• Financial losses incurred as a result of betting activity on this platform.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1xroll holds its operating licence. The platform operates under a valid international licence and complies with relevant regulatory requirements.

Any dispute arising from the use of this platform should first be resolved through direct discussion with the 1xroll customer support team. Members are encouraged to:

• Submit a complaint in writing to the support team via email or live chat.
• Provide relevant evidence and documentation to support the claim.
• Allow the 1xroll team a reasonable amount of time to investigate and respond.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures set by a recognised arbitration body. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

This terms and conditions document constitutes the entire agreement between 1xroll and its members regarding the use of the platform. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
